Pizza Hut

Friday pizza night usually brings us here, and our pizza orders are always correct and delicious. The staff are overworked, but remain smiling, polite, and helpful. I know some other folks have had bad experiences here, but I am continuously impressed with the service and how they are ALWAYS trying their hardest. I will continue to give this Pizza Hut my business.

Whoever is running this place is running it in the ground. Where do I start? First of all, they ran out of Parmesan cheese…. completely. Then when we received our order in-store I might add, the pizza arrived in record time. Maybe 5 or 6 minutes. It didn’t take long to realize why. The pizza just had that look like it had been reheated because the cheese was brown and not stringy at all, plus the dough was tough and chewy. I think the pizza was ordered by someone else and either cancelled the order or didn’t pick it up then it found its way to us, then it made both me and my wife sick to our stomachs. Whoever did this should be fired immediately, this restaurant has lost another customer.

I ordered some of their boneless and traditional chicken wings and fries yesterday for Halloween. But when I got my food, it’s was completely burnt. I wasn’t able to eat any of my food. And I called the store, but the phone just rang and rang. Very frustrating because I’d like a refund

This afternoon was by far the most pathetic excuse for pizza I've ever seen. We ordered the New Yorker and a large pepperoni with extra mushrooms. There wasn't 15 pieces of pepperoni combined between both pizzas and we had 6 little pieces of mushrooms on the large. There wasn't any cheese or sauce to speak of either. We paid $41.81 for some super thin crust and a few pepperoni. It was definitely not $41 worthy..it wasn't even $10 worthy. We will not be going back to Pizza Hut ever again. Don't waste your money. I can't believe they thought that was ok to send out the door for a cuatomer.
